When I was three years old, Guy Johnson was my first friend. We were friends for over 76 years

Two of us would play in his parent’s front porch and around
3:00PM watching and waiting for his sister, Karen come home from elementary school.

We went from Kindergarten through 12th and graduated together

    I will miss Guy

We will miss Guy so much. We did not know Jeri, but Guy was our good neighbor in Embarrass-Pike. He loved his beautiful land and forests which fronted on the Pike River. He always shared his trails with us and our friends and our dogs–in all seasons. He was a generous and kind soul. May he rest in peace. We will be out of town for his and Jeri’s service. We are very sorry we cannot be there.

So very sad to hear of the passing of Guy, Also knew him from Kindergarten through 12th and graduated together. Lived just up the alley from him and got together often. Knew his Mother Til and Father Ernie and Sister Karen for many years. I am heart broken and know He is safe in God’s hands.
