Michael Allen Pintar

Michael Allen “Pops” Pintar, 58, of Chisholm, passed away on May 5, 2022 at Northern Pines Hospital in Aurora.

Mike was born February 3, 1964 in Hibbing to Robert and Ileen (Olson) Pintar. Mike retired from Kraus-Anderson Construction in 2018. He worked in the logging and construction industry for many years. He could fix any small engine. Mike loved racing snow machines in the winter and being with friends and family.

Survivors include his daughter, Tracy Pintar and his son, Jeffery Pintar of Hibbing; grandbabies: Hailey, Harlie, Blakke, Bentley and Braxton; sister, Lynne (Ted) Nielsen of Ely; brothers: Ken of Babbitt, Larry (Deb) of Nashwauk, and Jim (Sonja) of Babbitt; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ileen Pintar, and his sister, Debbie Foy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are with Range Funeral Home in Hibbing.
