What can be said about a lady that you have know for 70 years. I loved her smiling face every time she waited on me at Pep’s Bake Shop. Even when I got married she helped serve food at my wedding reception. She was a loving, quiet giving woman that would do anything she could to help you out if she could. Every time I went to visit she was baking something, that is if she was’t babysitting, or at a track meet or some other school activity for her grandchildren. I think what I remember the most was Mona Kochevar, herself and my aunty Mary Brady playing cards in aunty Mary’s kitchen almost every day after Mary could’t move around much or get out of the house very well. She always thought of others. I will miss her.
