    Mary Jane and Family,
So sorry to hear of the passing of Matti, I so much enjoyed getting to visit with him at our class reunion. He had been in my Mother’s class when she taught in Cloverdale, and was always such a nice guy. And I knew he had been in the Air Force in Japan, serving our country. Prayers and blessings to you all, he will be missed.

    Mary,
Myself and my mother and father want to express our condolences to you and your family! Yon know how I felt about Matti and in the short time I knew him we became good friends. I will always cherish out time in the foods, camping, fishing, and 4 wheelin. Sorry, I can’t make the funeral because of my fishing trip. Take care and I’ll visit with you soon

We are, as you may know Mary, in AZ and were so saddened to learn of Mutti’s death. We knew him from our old house in Hibbing when he delivered our fuel. Even then he was a friendly guy who always had a bit of conversation to share. We had great times at the Improvement Club where he was a real stand up guy, always volunteering his time and talents to the club. He was THE BEST goodwill ambassador we had! He will be missed by us and many others. God bless you and your family.
